Star unloader is often used in pneumatic output system. for pressure output system or negative pressure output system, star unloader supplies material to conveying pipe uniformly and continuously.So as to ensure that the air and solids in the pneumatic output pipe are relatively stable, so that the pneumatic conveying can work normally, and at the same time, the upper and lower air pressure partitions of the unloader can lock the air.Therefore, star unloader is an important component commonly used in pneumatic conveying system.
Working Principle:
Material falls onto the blades and rotates with the blades to the outlet under the airlock valve.Material can be discharged continuously.
In pneumatic conveying system,the airlock valve can lock the air and supply material continuously. The low speed of the rotor and tiny space can prevent the airflow from reverse flow,and ensure a stable air pressure and regular discharge of the material.The arilock valve acts as the material discharger in the material collecting system.
