New Arrival China Dust Collector Boiler - PPC air box pulse bag filter – Xintian Detail:
PPC air box pulse bag dust collector system introduces a new type of dust collector with pre-selected level, which integrates the advantages of chamber back blowing and pulse jet blowing, overcomes the disadvantage of pulse jet blowing and filtering at the same time leading to poor dust cleaning effect, and expands the application range of air box pulse bag type dust collector. Because of the particularity of its structure, it greatly improves the dust removal efficiency and prolongs the service life of the filter bag. It is a bag type dust collector with excellent performance.
Product Description:
According to the number of bags, the air box pulse dust collector is divided into four series: 32 bags / chamber, 64 bags / chamber, 96 bags / chamber and 128 bags / chamber. Each series is divided into various specifications according to the number of rooms, with a total of 33 kinds. It consists of the following parts:
(1) Shell part: including cleaning room (or gas purification box), filter room, compartment partition, access door and shell structure. The cleaning room is equipped with a lifting valve, a flower plate and a short injection pipe: the filter room is equipped with a filter and its framework.
(2) Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: there are ash hopper and screw conveyor, air conveying chute and rigid impeller unloader (ash unloading valve) are set according to different series and different inlet dust concentration.
(3) Air inlet and outlet box body: including air inlet and outlet pipeline and middle diaphragm. The single row (or single row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double row (or double row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell: 32 series is small without box, and the air inlet and outlet pipelines are connected to the ash hopper and the cleaning room respectively.
(4) Pulse ash cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, cylinder for poppet valve and its solenoid valve.
(5) Compressed air pipeline and pressure reducing device, oil-water separator, oil mist, etc.
(6) Pillars, vertical cage ladders and railings.
