The bag filter is composed of a suction pipe, a dust collector body, a filtering device, a blowing device and a suction and exhaust device. Below we explain the composition and function of each part.
1. Suction device: including dust hood and suction duct.
Dust hood: It is a device to collect smoke and dust, and its placement directly affects the amount of smoke and dust collected.
Dust suction pipe: The dust suction pipe is the key to adjust the air volume and pressure of each dust suction port. This requires data calculation and selection of suitable size pipes according to the working conditions.
Dust collector body: including clean air chamber, middle box, ash hopper, and ash unloading device.
Clean air chamber: It is the space to isolate the smoke and dust and clean the bag dust, so its airtightness must be good to ensure that the filtered gas meets the emission standards.
Middle box: It is mainly a space device for dust filtering.
Ash hopper: It is mainly a device for temporarily storing filtered particles.
Ash unloading device: a device used for regular transfer and transportation of particles in the ash hopper.
Filtering device: including dust bag and dust removal frame.
Dust bag: It is the main device for filtering smoke and dust. The material of the filter material is mainly determined according to the characteristics of the dust, the use temperature and the emission standard.
Dust removal frame: It is the support for the dust removal bag. Only if it has sufficient strength can the dust collector bag not be sucked and ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
Injection device: including electromagnetic pulse valve, air bag, injection pipe, air cylinder, etc.
Electromagnetic pulse valve: It is mainly used to clean the dust bag. It needs to determine the size of the dust removal bag according to the total number of the dust bag.
Air bag: the main power air storage device of the electromagnetic pulse valve, which must meet the air consumption storage for one cycle of injection.
Blow pipe: It is a device to ensure that the gas sprayed by the electromagnetic pulse valve is evenly distributed to the mouth of each cloth bag.
Cylinder: It can only be used for off-line dust removal, it can make the cloth bag not in the filtering state, and then realize the dust removal.
Exhaust device: including fan and chimney.
Fan: It is the main power device for the operation of the entire dust collector. Only a reasonable selection can ensure the dust suction effect of the dust suction port.
Chimney: a qualified gas discharge device, which is generally larger than the main pipe of the smoke and dust inlet to ensure smooth discharge.
