1. Poor joints and air leakage;
2. Corrosion, abrasion and air leakage;
3. Accumulation of dust and other foreign objects;
4. There is no plan to set up branch pipes, and the air volume is unbalanced;
5. The valve is closed too tightly, which reduces the air volume and accumulates dust;
6. Flange gasket is worn and leaks air.
三、 the dust collector body fails due to use
1. Blocked due to dust accumulation;
2. The ash hopper or the ash unloading valve fails to discharge dust;
3. Air leakage at the dust outlet;
4. The gasket is not good;
