The working principle of filter dust collector

The combined filter element dust collector not only has the characteristics of strong dust cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency and low emission concentration of the jet pulse dust collector, but also has the characteristics of stability and reliability, low energy consumption and small footprint, especially suitable for handling large air volume. smoke. PH-II type combined filter element dust collector has been widely used abroad, and has also been widely promoted in China. Its multi-faceted advantages are gradually recognized by many users and are widely welcomed. , chemical industry, aluminum electrolysis, aluminum and zinc smelting and other fields.

The working principle of filter dust collector:

The combined filter element dust collector is mainly composed of an upper box, a middle box, an ash hopper, an ash unloading system, a blowing system and a control system. The dust-laden flue gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet through the lower part of the middle box; some larger dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper due to inertial collision, natural settlement, etc., and other dust particles rise with the airflow into each bag chamber. After being filtered by the filter element, the dust particles are retained on the outside of the filter element, and the purified gas enters the box from the inside of the filter element, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the poppet valve and the air outlet. The dust in the ash hopper is discharged regularly or continuously by the screw conveyor and the rigid impeller discharger. As the filtration process continues, the dust attached to the outside of the filter element continues to increase, resulting in a gradual increase in the resistance of the bag filter itself. When the resistance reaches the preset value, the ash cleaning controller sends a signal to first close the poppet valve of a filter chamber to cut off the filtered air flow in the chamber, and then open the electromagnetic pulse valve. The nozzles on the valve and the spray pipe spray to the filter element in a short time (0.065~0.085 seconds). The high-speed expansion of the compressed air in the box causes the high-frequency vibration and deformation of the filter element, and the effect of the reverse airflow causes the dust cake attached to the outside of the filter bag to deform and fall off. After fully considering the settling time of the dust (the dropped dust can effectively fall into the ash hopper), the poppet valve is opened, the filter bag of this bag room returns to the filtering state, and the next bag room enters the cleaning state, and so on until The cleaning of the latter bag room is completed as a cycle. The above cleaning process is automatically controlled by the cleaning controller at timing or constant pressure.
