What are the effects of high temperature flue gas on PPS filter bags

(1) Burned at high temperature
High temperature damage to the filter bag is fatal. For example, in a pulverized coal drying kiln, the PPS filter bag after drying is very small and extremely sticky, and the dust removal is not ideal, leaving a large amount of dried coal on the surface of the filter bag, and this dried coal has a burning point It is also very low. When the high-temperature flue gas enters the dust collector, it will quickly ignite the pulverized coal on the surface of the filter bag, causing the filter bag and skeleton of the entire dust collector to be burned.

(2) Sparks burn through
In addition to high-temperature burns, the sparks in the flue gas can also cause serious damage to the filter bag. For example, coke ovens, drying kilns, chain furnaces, cupolas, electric furnaces, blast furnaces, mixing furnaces, etc. will have a large amount of sparks mixed into the flue gas during the production process. If the sparks are not treated in time, especially the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag When it is thin, sparks will burn through the filter bag, forming irregular round holes. But when the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag is thick, sparks will not burn the filter bag directly, but will cause dark-colored baking marks on the surface of the filter bag.

(3) High temperature shrinkage
Another damage of high temperature flue gas to the filter bag is high temperature shrinkage. Although the use temperature of each filter material is different, when the temperature of the smoke exceeds its use temperature, the pps filter bag will cause the filter The size of the bag becomes shorter in the length direction, and the bottom of the filter bag tightly supports the skeleton and is damaged by force. If the latitude heat shrinkage of the filter bag is too large, the size of the filter bag in the radial direction will become smaller, and the filter bag will be tightly clamped on the frame, and the frame cannot even be pulled out. As a result, the filter bag is always under stress, causing the filter bag to shrink, deform, become hard, and become brittle, accelerate strength loss, and shorten the life of the filter bag. Since the filter bag will be tightly clamped on the frame after deformation, it is difficult to deform the filter bag during dust cleaning, which is not conducive to spraying and cleaning, resulting in high resistance of the filter bag.
