P84 High Temperature Resistant Needle-punched Felt Bag
P84 fibers are known for their fineness. The fiber structure characteristics determine that the fiber surface area increases, the pores are small, the dust only stays on the surface of the filter felt but can not penetrate into the filter felt, the backwashing pressure is small, the operating resistance is low, and the elastic removal efficiency of the filter cake can be significantly improved. P84 fiber has strong dust resistance and dust capture ability, and can capture fine dust, so as to improve the filtration efficiency. Due to the irregular cross section of P84 fiber, the fiber has strong binding force and tangling force. Compared with glass fiber, the chemical properties, strength, wear resistance, fracture resistance and service life of P84 fiber are significantly improved. But the P84 fiber is not resistant to hydrolysis.
